AI Consultation Technology trial

We want to inform you about an important new aspect of how we may document our consultations. We are trialling a note taking tool called Heidi to accurately and efficiently capture the details of our discussions and the outcomes of our appointments.

Apply to manage someone’s GP services for them, or get help managing yours

Use this service if you want to either:

  • request access to someone else’s GP services to help them
  • give someone access to some or all of your GP services so they can help you

This is sometimes called having proxy access.

GP services include things like booking appointments, ordering repeat prescriptions and viewing your medical record. You can access these services online through the NHS App or by logging in to the NHS website.

You can also give or request access to contact the surgery or speak to surgery staff.

You can choose the level of access you’d like to give or request.
