We want to inform you about an important new aspect of how we may document our consultations. We are trialling a note taking tool called Heidi to accurately and efficiently capture the details of our discussions and the outcomes of our appointments.
You will be invited for your annual monitoring in your birthday month. To prevent your prescriptions being reduced to a 7 day supply you will need to attend for your monitoring within 8 weeks of being invited.

The practice is obliged to inform all our patients of the departure from the practice of Dr Biswas. Dr Biswas leaves the practice with effect from 31 March 2023.
