Surgery Closed? Not an emergency? Not sure what to do?   CALL 111

We will do our best to meet your needs but we do need your help.

You can help us by.

  • Informing us if you cannot attend for a pre booked appointment. “DNAs” or no shows are a huge source of wasted resource especially when for a pre booked specialist session e.g minor surgery / vasectomy. We operate a 3 strikes and removal policy.

  • Informing us of a change of address, this is vital for communications. Please bring in proof of new address e.g bills etc.

  • Informing us of a change of telephone number.

  • Not behaving aggressively towards any  staff.

The practice considers aggressive behaviour to be any personal, abusive and/or aggressive comments, cursing and/or swearing, physical contact and/or aggressive gestures.

The practice will request the removal of any patient from the practice list who is aggressive or abusive towards a doctor, member of staff, other patient, or who damages property.

All instances of actual physical abuse on any doctor or member of staff, by a patient or their relatives will be reported to the police as an assault.
